Nitin studied Economics and went on to get an MBA from Warwick University. He has 13 years experience in learning technologies working with a wide range of companies and educational institutions. He now focuses on VR training and it's applications across the business sectors.
Iolo Jones has founded a number of companies, including Sutton Jones Mutlimedia (sold to Mediaedge CIA, now part of WPP plc), leading system integrator Interactive 1, online video pioneer Narrowstep (which went public on the NASDAQ OTC market before being acquired) and was most recently Chair of rights management cloud specialists, Rights Tracker. Iolo has degrees in Radio, Film & TV and Educational Broadcasting and sat on the Course Board at film & TV college Ravensbourne for nearly a decade.

Karyn has a Masters in professional training and development, over 15 years instructional and LX Design, and business and project management experience both at a UK and international level with considerable experience in working effectively with partners from different disciplines and in different countries.
In his early career, John was a ‘techie’ at Cable and Wireless. He then moved to Chile and over the next 8 years, created a nationwide language company. Returning to London, he tried the VR Public Speaking scenario of VRLS at the 2016 Learning Technologies conference, and was blown away! It took 3 months to convince Nitin, to let him join his team but now as Commercial Director, he has delivered VR training for several blue-chip organisations.

Dale has a background in consultation, research and education, lean methodologies and project management.
He has a passion for cutting-edge technology and is particularly keen in translating the voice of the customer into deliverable products.

Martin has over eight years games studio experience including scripting, story boarding, illustration and animation and is skilled in using Adobe creative suite, Maya, 3ds Max, VRay, Substance, Blender, Unreal4 and Unity.
