We utilise a number of tools to design and create rich multimedia e-Learning, we find that the more interactions there are, the better the learning experience for the learners. Not only is e-Learning an effective way of delivering training as well as educating students it can aid your learners as a resource area with a combination of blended e-Learning, which is a combination of face-to-face training and e-Learning. You can choose whichever learning style suits you and deliver the most efficient training possible. |
The following cycle represents the stages that are best required in order to develop an e-Learning course. Each stage can be a unique stage, with its own process. In addition some stages may be already advanced, which may not need to be completed.

In this phase we undertake a consultation with our clients in order to understand the overall aims and objectives of the e-Learning solution to be created. We will also discuss content, course structure, technical considerations, special needs, visual design and branding preferences, media requirements and schedules.

The Design phase has two components visual design and instructional design. Instructional Design addresses all planning, structuring and content creation. During this phase our instructional designers will review all content and existing material provided by the client and identify any gaps. The next part of the process is to design the learning components, interactions, media, simulations, animations, demonstrations and activities that the learner will undertake to meet the objectives.

During this phase the Project Manager and our skilled team of developers work closely with the instructional designer to translate the instructional designs into an e-Learning solution. This may include, flash development, media production, design and programming as well as using our own powerful authoring tool to create an effective solution.

All projects undertake a testing phase consisting of 2 parts. The first part is the Alpha test, which is conducted internally by e-Learning Studios. Once the Alpha test has been conducted changes are listed and addressed. The second part of the testing process is the Beta test which is conducted by the client. After the solution has been utilized for a period of time we perform an evaluation of the client experience and effectiveness of the solution to ensure quality and continual improvement.
